I had a delightful stay at this charming Victorian villa. The hosts, Maki and Richard, made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that gave me a great night's sleep. I loved the convenience of having breakfast delivered to my room, and the menu had a fantastic selection. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center via the nearby bus stop. I even received a lovely lunch package for my tour. I highly recommend this guest house for a wonderful stay.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a guest house in a beautiful residential area. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with little touches like a good view from the room and a shared bathroom that was always clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including fresh coffee to start the day off right. this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the bus stop that took me to the city centre in less than a minute. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The service provided by the friendly staff was top-notch. The breakfast, delivered to the room each morning, was delicious and gave me plenty of energy for the day. it was a great experience.
The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

We absolutely loved our stay at this guest house! The owner was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect, with easy access to the Queen's Hall and nearby restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large windows and a pleasant layout.
